| This Bridge to Terabithia film was recommended to me by my sister, I can only conclude that it wants to suffer. The landscape is very beautiful, but a bit more familiar to the many other films of the series on the back beyond the U.S., and the two children work in the first 10 minutes or so, but quickly samey . Beyond that is the same old same old recycled stereotypes generic again. Artistic sensitive boy, check. Smartalecy tom boy girl, check. Spoiled brat younger brother, check. School bully who has a rough home life, check. Distance verging on abusive parents, check. Been done before and much better. Indeed, a major reason why it has been done before is better than it has been established in high school or college before, instead of what appears to be high school or middle school, so there's more opportunity for variety the script. My sister said she was crying at the end. I, for the 92 minutes of my life I lost watching this piece of trash. Stephen |
| When I heard again in August 2006 that they were making the award-winning book "Bridge to Terabithia" into a movie, I immediately re-read the book. However, it took me only a few hours and had to wait months. Today, February 16, saw him and I have some things that you might all want to know. This Bridge to Terabithia Fantasy film is very nice guy, if you are very concerned about what their children watch, then this could be good. There are a few imaginary "fear" the figures, but it's not like a horror movie. The actors did wonderfully well, scares me. Josh Hutcherson and AnnaSophia are always my favorites, but I was surprised anyway. The roles they played well. It teaches you a lesson, too, and somehow displays the use of an imaginary. I thought this Bridge to Terabithia film was wonderful, and deserves to be seen by millions. Could not have done better. |
| This Bridge to Terabithia Fantasy about life and death of Josh Hutcherson and AnnaSophia Robb actions. Josh Hutcherson (RV, Zathura), easily the male version of Dakota Fanning, and the greatest son star around these days, takes an impressive performance. AnnaSophia Robb (Charlie and the factory CHOC, The Harvest), a high profile of the child star, gets less screen time for Josh, but it's so brilliant. Young Bailee Madison was incredible. And Robert Patrick and Zooey Deschanel is perfectly cast. The Bridge to Terabithia Fantasy film tells the story of art still shy young Jesse Aarons (Josh Hutcherson) and how his life changed forever after meeting with the new girl in school, its close neighbor, Leslie Burke (AnnaSophia Robb) Together, Jesse and Leslie escape Terabithia become what they want and are able to forget the reality of their problems. This film: Bridge to Terabithia is really sad, but nice. Its unbelievable and the public of all ages will appreciate it. This is a must! The story is brilliant, the direction is bright and thick, Hutcherson and Robb take a step closer to becoming the next Leonardo DiCaprio and Jodie Foster. The performance is brilliant. |
